Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Launchive Studio Private Limited. They cover two different things, and only one of them will usually apply to you:
- A subscription — LaunchDo or AppDo, where you build and run your own website, online store or app yourself and pay a monthly or annual fee. Sections 1 to 13 apply.
- A project we build for you — a custom app, CRM or platform quoted and delivered against a written statement of work. Sections 1 to 2 and 14 to 19 apply.
By creating an account, subscribing, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LauncHive Studio is the trading name of Launchive Studio Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India on 28 July 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013. CIN U62099UW2026PTC256490. Registered office: Plot No. H-36, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. LaunchDo (launchdo.co), AppDo and LauncHive Studio are product and trading names of the same company; messages, invoices and support for any of them come from us. Where a signed statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the statement of work wins.
1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that business.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account.
- One account per number. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us promptly at hello@launchive.studio if you believe someone else has access to it.
3. The subscription, and what it includes
- LaunchDo — ₹399 a month. Your website or online store, built in the app or on the web, with hosting and SSL included.
- AppDo — ₹999 a month, for your own branded app on top of that.
- Hosting, SSL and updates to the platform are part of the fee. There is no separate bill for keeping your site up.
- We take 0% of your sales. Money from your customers settles in your own account through your own payment provider — see section 9.
- Connecting a domain you already own costs nothing.
4. Trying it before you pay
You can build a site and look at it before there is a card involved. Where we offer a free trial, its length is shown to you when it starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and the first payment is taken.
5. Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan you choose, monthly or annual, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your site stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not pro-rate a period that has already started — hosting, maintenance and support for it have already been provided. Annual plans are paid upfront for twelve months and the remaining months are not refunded on a mid-term cancellation.
- Prices exclude GST and any payment-gateway fees unless stated otherwise.
- If we change the price of your plan we will tell you before it applies, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. You can cancel instead.
- If a payment fails we may retry it and, after notice, suspend the site until it is paid.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Domains and business email
- Domains and mailboxes bought through us are supplied by our upstream providers and are also subject to the rules of the relevant domain authority.
- A domain is registered to you. Renewal is your responsibility; if a domain expires it can be lost, and recovering one after expiry may not be possible or may carry a fee set by the authority, not by us.
- You can move a domain away from us. We will not hold it or charge you to leave.
7. Your content, and your customers
- Your text, photographs, logo, catalogue and customer records remain yours. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train anything.
- You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, display it on your site, and show it back to you in the app.
- You must have the right to use everything you upload, including photographs and brand names.
- Your customers' personal data is yours to look after. You decide what you collect from them and why; we handle it on your behalf. What we do with data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. What you may not do
- Sell anything you are not legally allowed to sell, or anything a payment provider or app store prohibits.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or impersonate another business.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages to people who did not ask to hear from you.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the platform itself, or try to copy, decompile or scrape it.
- Attempt to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may remove content or suspend a site that breaches this section. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Payments from your customers
You are the seller. Orders are between you and your customer, and money settles through your own payment provider or in cash — we are not a party to the sale, we do not hold your money, and we take no commission. Delivery, returns, service and tax on what you sell are yours to handle.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the service up and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a written agreement says so. We may take it down for maintenance, and will give notice where it is planned and likely to be noticed. Support is by email and WhatsApp during business hours.
11. Suspension and ending the agreement
- You can stop at any time by cancelling (section 5) or by deleting your account from inside the app.
- We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, for a breach of section 8, or where the law requires it. Except where the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we will give notice first.
- If your account ends, your site goes offline. You can export your catalogue and your customer list before that, and we will keep the data available for a reasonable period afterwards so a late request is not a dead end. What we delete and when is set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Leaving
There is no lock-in. Your catalogue exports, your domain moves, and where we published an app under your own developer account, that account and its signing key were always yours.
13. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties — payment gateways, cloud hosting, app stores, messaging and mapping providers. Their availability, approval decisions and pricing are outside our control and are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for a third party's rejection, downtime or policy change.
14. Projects we build for you
This section applies instead of sections 3 to 6 where we are building something for you under a quote or statement of work ("SOW").
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Scope is fixed at the point of the SOW; work beyond it is quoted separately and may change the price and the timeline.
- Projects are billed against milestones — typically an advance to begin, a staging milestone, and a final payment before go-live. Work on a milestone begins once the previous one is paid; late payment may pause work and move dates.
- Prices exclude GST, gateway fees and third-party costs (hosting, app-store fees, SMS and OTP) unless stated otherwise.
- Timelines are estimates and assume timely payment, timely delivery of your content and accounts, and reasonable feedback. Any go-live guarantee applies only on those conditions and only where the SOW says so.
- Source-code ownership is defined per package; full handover is provided only where the SOW expressly includes it. For white-label products you receive a licence to operate under your own brand, and the underlying frameworks, templates and pre-existing components remain ours.
- Advance payments cover work already performed and are non-refundable to that extent. Either party may terminate in writing; on termination you pay for work completed and approved to that date.
15. Our intellectual property
The platform, its templates, designs and underlying code are ours and stay ours. A subscription is a licence to use them while it is active, not a transfer. We may mention that we built your site or app in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
16. Warranties and disclaimer
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and except where a written agreement says otherwise, it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular business result — revenue, search ranking, app-store approval, downloads or customers.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service or an engagement will not exceed the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
18. Changes
We may change the service and these Terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice — in the app, by email, or on this page — before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. For project work, the version in force is the one in effect when your SOW is signed.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution process agreed in an SOW.
