Business email

Stop writing to customers from a free address.

A mailbox on the name you own, set up the moment the domain is. On the web, on your phone, and yours to keep.

A Titan inbox open on a phone
The address

orders@yourshop.in

On your own domain — the same one the website runs on. Not a subdomain of ours and not a forwarder.

The mailbox

Webmail, iPhone, Android

A real Titan mailbox with its own apps, not a redirect into the personal inbox you already had.

How you get it

On any domain you own

Buy the name here, or keep the one you already have at another provider. Either way we set the mailboxes up on it.

What it costs

Two sizes, and the price you actually pay.

Per mailbox, excluding GST. Pick the term and the figure changes — nothing is quoted at a three-year rate you have not chosen.

Most hosts advertise a lower figure and bill three years up front to reach it. These are what you pay on the term you picked. Nothing renews without us asking you first.

Get your own domain

Your own .shop, .in or .com — from ₹40 a month.

A mailbox needs a domain of your own — it cannot run on a free Gmail address. Buy one here and the SSL, the privacy and the forwarding come with it. Already own your name somewhere else? Keep it there and we set the mail up on it. Nothing for you to configure either way.

Inside the mailbox

Five things it does that a free address cannot.

Every limit below is what we actually sell, not a wish list. The mailbox is yours on your own name, whoever runs the servers.

Writing

Write it once. Send it a hundred times.

The answer you type twenty times a week becomes a template. The inbox sorts the people who matter to the top on its own, and labels keep an order thread apart from a supplier thread.

After you press send

Know it landed. Know it was opened.

A read receipt tells you the quote was opened rather than leaving you to guess. Follow-up reminders bring back the ones nobody answered, Send Later puts a mail on the customer's morning instead of your midnight, and Undo Send buys back the ten seconds after you spot the typo.

The calendar

The diary lives in the same box.

Share a calendar with whoever else runs the shop, look at it by day, week or month, and send an invite that opens properly in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail — which is what the person you invited is actually using.

More than one address

Everyone in the shop gets their own.

orders@, accounts@ and the counter each get an address, switched between in one interface. Catch-all picks up anything sent to an address nobody ever made, and internal forwarding keeps the old route alive while everybody learns the new one.

Two sizes

Start small. Move up without moving out.

The difference is storage and how many addresses share one login. A shop can start on the first and move to the second the day it needs to, keeping the same addresses and the same mail.

The difference people notice

Every mail carries the shop, not the provider.

A quote from the shop's own name is read as a different business. It is the cheapest thing on this website to fix.

What you send from

orders@yourshop.in
  • ✓The domain is registered in your name and nobody else can use it
  • ✓Every mail you send carries the business, not the provider
  • ✓orders@, accounts@ and the counter can each have their own
  • ✓It survives you changing phone, laptop or agency

Where this sits today

It comes with the domain — and you can have it now, by asking.

Email runs on the name, not on a separate subscription. Register the domain through us, or keep the one you already own at another provider — either way the mailboxes are set up on it, records and all. Buying a domain on the website is not switched on yet, so today the way to get this is to tell us the name and we do it with you.

  1. 01Search for a name and see what it costs, or use the one you already own.
  2. 02Tell us the domain and which addresses you want.
  3. 03We register it in your name, set up the mail and hand you the mailboxes.

Your own domain, on everything you send.

The website, the store and the inbox on one name you own. Tell us what the shop is called and we will tell you what is free.
